Placing an order:

How to order through this website:

  • Select the product you require by clicking on the image or product description. Items can be viewed via each category or by the QUICK SHOP function.
  • Once your item(s) are selected, if we are currently out of stock, this item will be put on backorder and will be advised on your order confirmation. Please refer to the delivery date for the arrival of additional stock. Alternatively, please contact us for further information.
  • Fill in the quantity you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button. Your Shopping Cart details will automatically be updated.
  • You may then click "View Cart" to finalise your order or "Keep Shopping" to continue purchasing other items.
  • At any stage, you can click “View Cart” to finalise your order or “Checkout” to finalise your order.
  • To finalise your order, your Contact Details and Delivery Details will automatically appear (based on your log in information). Please enter a valid Purchase Order number (if applicable or other payment details and confirm Billing Details prior to clicking “Submit Order”.
  • Once your order has been submitted, your order is automatically sent through to our warehouse for packing and dispatch. An order confirmation will be emailed to you for reference.

Notes:

  • Your order will be dispatched once payment or a valid Purchase Order number has been received and authorised.
  • Some items within your order may be on backorder or in transit from our suppliers. We will dispatch these items to you as soon as possible.
  • Personalised items are made to order and are generally delivered within 3-4 weeks. Please refer to the delivery lead time for these within the relevant product page. If you have ordered General merchandise and Personalised merchandise in your order, these will arrive to you separately..

Payment and Currency:

Payment for your order is by either a 30 day invoice, as originally set up between your store and TPF Think Pty. Ltd, credit card, direct deposit or PayPal.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax at 10%. All totals will be billed in Australian Dollars.

Delivery Information:

Products available from this website are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, please allow 7-10 working days delivery.

The CIBO Espresso personalised merchandise items are custom made specifically for you - please refer to the lead time advised within the relevant product page. If your order consists of stock items and personalised items, please note these will arrive separately.

Please note freight costs apply to selected orders and will be added to your shopping cart on checkout.

We require a physical delivery address to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery of your order. If you provide us with Post Office Box details, we may contact you to arrange an alternate delivery destination. This is due to the size of packaging as well as the need for a signature on delivery.

If our freight carrier is unsuccessful in delivery to you on more than 1 occasion, the package may be returned to our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. In the unlikely event that this occurs, to re-send your parcel, an additional freight charge will need to be applied prior to dispatch.

Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for delivery delays following the dispatch of your order which are due to insufficient delivery information provided within your order or failed attempted deliveries. No damages or compensation will be payable in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 21 days after the delivery date indicated and this is due for any reason other than force majeure, the purchase may then be cancelled and you may be refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation (provided the delay is not contributed to by you).

Exchanges and Refunds:

Please choose your items carefully - we want you to enjoy your merchandise as soon as you receive your order. To return an item, please contact us via Phone or Email so we can provide you with relevant documentation and a Return Authority Number to return items.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of order date with any clothing items unworn and unwashed. All products returned will be inspected to ensure the product is refundable. Once approved for return we will credit your original method of payment, excluding the delivery fee. The delivery fee will be credited if the product delivered is faulty, or does not match what you have ordered.

We suggest returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us urgently, including your order reference number so we can update our system prior to our warehouse dispatching your order.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse by Star Track Express. Orders being delivered to Western Australia may arrive to you by Bohaul, depending on the size of your order.

My payment has not been processed. How can I complete my order?

In some cases, payment may not be received after you have entered your details. An example may be an expiry date incorrectly supplied or insufficient funds. Our shopping cart will allow you to re-try making a payment however if you require assistance to finalise your order, please contact our Customer Support team by Phone (1800 060 687) or Email including your order reference number.
